Our in-house technology teams provide dedicated support and training to all franchisees and their staff, alongside recommended outsourced partners and software providers: Acora One, Relate, Dext and Surf Accounts, all to help franchisees with the adoption and integration of software, as well as suggesting and sharing best practice use of the software estate to gain efficiencies where possible.
They build and maintain the TaxAssist websites, internal support website including ticket and lead management systems, and are responsible for the relationship management with our recommended IT, telephone, and software providers as well as the continuing development of our web-based systems.
IT equipment and maintenance package
We have a single ISO27001/9001 certified IT partner who supply a wide range of services and products including fully supported hosted desktop and hardware solutions which are tailored to franchisee needs. As part of the franchise package, a business-quality laptop and peripherals, as well as six months of the remote hosted desktop, telephone system and Office 365 E3 are included. This solution has been created to ensure a minimal amount of your time is used on IT, everything is compatible and ‘just works’ out of the box so that you can concentrate on building your business and not having to worry about IT.
Software
We provide a suite of software products as part of the franchise package to support a modern and efficient accountancy practice. This includes onboarding, practice management, tax and accounts compliance, data capture and digitisation, and bookkeeping. Being part of the TaxAssist Accountants network means that you benefit from our group discounts which we have agreed with all of our specialist providers. Full training, support, installation and updates are provided on an ongoing basis.
