The day centred on the franchise’s future direction, with a focus on the introduction of a new software suite partnership for the network, driving efficiencies in franchisees’ practices, a move to more advisory services and the importance of online marketing.
“It was fantastic to see so many of the network in attendance, as we had many new developments to share”, said Mike. “We have had a very productive start to the year and are looking forward to working closely with each franchisee to roll out the changes and further increase efficiencies and profitability.”
The TaxAssist team were joined by Sam Horner, Key Account Manager at Receipt Bank who provided an overview of the software and an attractive pricing deal available to the network.
The day was rounded off with a highly informative best practice session hosted by Sarah, who invited franchisees Garry O’Rourke, Kevin Kelly and Don O’Connell to answer questions on opening second locations, which highlighted the many benefits of a multi-site approach.
